GENERAL CLASS - THE NEW MINORITY

‘RESERVATION’ that’s the hot trend today. In this cyber age if you don’t have a net identity, you don’t exist. You must have at least an e-mail account or rather a face book account to claim your existence. The next big thing which is in is claim for reservation. If you are not blocking railway routes like mad cows or not leading any ‘andolan’, or not joining any rallies or not troubling the public and the government with the slogans of ‘hamari maange poori karo’ or ‘hame hamaara haq do’. Then you aren’t happening and aware of your existence or rather your rights. Well the Gurjars have got their piece of cake in the reservation bakery and now the Jats are all set for it. You got to believe in your incapabiulities, your insecurities, your bad financial conditions even if they are not there, even if you come in zone of creamy layer. You have to discover your own potential to become a future minority and claim your own reservations. And those who think the other way will find themselves in the zone of minority sooner or later.
Lets think over it, general class (which can be defined as fully capable, having perfect mental and physical capabilities and hence devoid of any kind of favor let alone reservations) is unintentionally going to emerge as a minority as gradually Jats, Gurjars, ST, SC, OBC and other less privileged communities yet to be discovered will chalk out their part of reservations and the left out part, the general class will automatically become a new minority (without any reservations, obviously!)

How messy is that! Castes castes all around, religion and many religions everywhere! Humans are nowhere to be found. Can’t the creamy layer realize that they no more need the crutches of any reservation. When will we start believing in ourselves? India’s a young nation after all. We have to stop being parasites and start being vital and self dependents. That’s the rub!
